How to Submit your Housing Preferences

Once you've paid the enrollment deposit, your spot in the incoming class is SAVED.

Next you'll want to submit your housing preferences. NOTE: if you pay your deposit after April 1st, you are less likely to get your first choice of housing!

Note: students who are under 21 are required to either live on campus or live with parents. If you are planning to commute, please email Housing to let them know!

To submit your housing preferences, please do the following:
1) First know that Northwestern College has integrated housing, which means that freshmen through seniors live in ALL of the different campus housing options, i.e., there is no "freshman housing," etc. All the classes are mixed together. Freshmen still room with other freshmen, but there may be juniors across the hall or seniors next door! With that said, check out floorplans and virtual dorm tours at http://nwc.edu/dorms to determine what your favorite housing options are.
2) Log into theROCK, our campus intranet, at http://therock.nwc.edu/. (You should have received your username and password in the mail. Can't find them? Email me.)
3) Click on the Campus Services tab.
4) Log into the RMS Housing Software and submit preferences there.
