How to Pay the Enrollment Deposit

First of all, congratulations! Welcome to the family! Once you receive your acceptance letter in the mail, do a celebratory dance and tell all your friends.

Very soon after your acceptance letter arrives, you'll get another mailing explaining the next step, which is to pay a $200 enrollment deposit.

Couple things about the deposit:
1) Housing assignments are made based on the date of your deposit. In other words, the earlier you get your deposit in, the better chance you have of getting your first choice in housing!
2) The deposit is fully refundable until May 1, 2011, so it's wise to pay the deposit even if you're not 100% sure about Northwestern. All we need to refund the deposit is written notice of cancellation (even an email is fine!).

There are two ways to pay the deposit:
1) Call our Student Accounts office and pay over the phone with a credit card. Their local number is 651-631-5352. Or feel free to call the campus switchboard toll-free at 1-800-692-4020 and ask for Student Accounts.
2) Mail in a $200 check to the Admissions Office.
Our address is as follows:
Northwestern College Admissions Office
3003 Snelling Avenue North
St. Paul, MN 55113

Thanks for taking care of this! And once again, CONGRATS! You're in for an amazing experience.
In Christ,
Jackie Lea
