May News!

"But the salvation of the righteous is from the LORD;
He is their strength in time of trouble."
Psalm 37:39

Hello friends!

CAN YOU BELIEVE IT’S MAY?!

Time flies! I hope that senior year is wrapping up nicely for you, that you're creating some great memories, and also looking forward to what's ahead! We are praying for you guys in our office; I hope that things are all falling into place as you close in on graduation and the summertime, and that God has made it very clear to you where He desires you to be in the fall.

CAMPUS NEWS
We registered 93 new students for fall classes on Saturday! It was so fun to see many of you, and I can't wait for the rest of you to register for classes this summer!

This is our last week of classes here at Northwestern, then a week of finals, then the summer holiday! Most of our students leave the campus for the summer to work and to do ministry, which leaves a lonely admissions office working on a quiet campus through the summer months. Come visit us!!

NEXT STEPS
If you were recently admitted, it may be most helpful for you to connect with me directly at 651-631-5369 or jlsommers@nwc.edu. Then we can work together on your steps to enrollment. There are details below about paying the enrollment deposit and applying for financial aid.

If you have not yet registered for your Fall 2011 classes, be sure to follow the instructions included in our recent registration packet mailing. These will instruct you to log into theROCK to complete your pre-registration materials so that you can register for fall classes! These online forms include a health history form, your immunization records, a promissory note, a willful participation form, an academic support policies form, and your Summer Preparation Day request form. The six days you may choose from are April 30, May 26, June 18, July 7, July 20, and August 10. At your Summer Preparation Day, you will register for fall classes with your academic advisor, meet other new Eagles, and meet with your prep coach to make sure you're squared away to come in the fall! I recommend coming to the earliest Prep Day possible that works well with your schedule, as some classes do fill up!

Can't wait to see you on campus soon!
Your sister in Christ,
Jackie
